As cliché as that sounds, Cat Boys happened organically. Dom Parlavecchio was visiting from Oregon, and in one week got a bunch of clips. Kevin Marquez and I already had some clips stacked up and so we were thinking we should make a little edit. We decided maybe the name of the edit should have something to do with cats since all three of us coincidently had cats. Kevin has “Julius,” Dom has “Bean” (rip), and I have “Bob.” Kevin made the edit and animated some drawings of mine and that’s how it came together. We’re skaters who have cats who run our lives, and we’re stoked on how it turned out!
